Very disappointed with the renewal system. It stopped working after 3 issues. Response from support was of no help when it came. Still cannot subscribe.

Love the latest update but Im still waiting for the day the app remembers what page I was on when I last closed the app.

The new design looks great, and the content is amazing.

It would be nice if, given that Rogers now requires you to create a under account to download new content, they took some steps to ensure that the server that processes user accounts was actually responding. Thanks for nothing.

The new update app has its problems.The magazines takes forever to download. The app crashes in the download process.When one sets up account ,all the magazines of your account are not all there. I feel that rogers should have stayed with a reader that works like Zinio, and of course one can not use Zinio. Rogers go back to what works.

Trying to update the app was a pain in the a**, trying to sign back in was a pain in the a**. Figure it out Rogers!

Tried several times over several days to create a login as required by the new update. Repeatedly received message saying that the page couldnt open as it was located on a server that was not responding. completely useless app for print subscribers. Wont renew my subscription.

Why is it that every time there is an update, all previous purchases disappear? One needs to sign in again to activate and this is impossible to do most of the time as one cannot connect to the web page. Renewing a subscription is not in the cards.

Subscribers were forced to register again and sign in. First Rogers sent out the wrong subscriber numbers. The app wont respond so you cant access any magazines. No fix in sight. Very poor customer service.

i am a print subscriber and the new app now tries to charge me to read digital issues which i already own. this app is garbage, print subscribers should have digital access also, but thats been disabled.

Love the videos and extras. Look forward to it every issue!

Come on Rogers get this fixed You have known for months that print subscribers cant link to this app FIX IT

Lots of crashes you need to get this fixed ( words go away for 2 or 3 seconds and then it crashes

My sports fix on my iPad mini

I cannot click "Sportsnet One Subscriber? Click Here" Doesnt Work. So I cant access Sportsnet Magazine. Please fix this right away! :-(

Sportnets digital sports magazine is an absolutely beautifully integrated app that any sports enthusiast should have. The articles and opinions shared in the magazine, along with the additional content provides insightful information that you can take to Ted at work who "knows everything" about the Jays. I especially enjoyed this weeks Digital Edition only Bonus Feature, where I watched short clips of all holes in one on the PGA this season. The lenghty ad you have to watch before each clip was annoying - I would have rather only watched the ad once while trying to watch each clip. This digital magazines features and elegance make it a sweet product - well done Rogers.
